Ronnie Brown will be "very involved" on Monday Night Football. We break down the fantasy implications.

Ryan Mathews (clavicle) has officially been ruled out and Norv Turner said Brown will be "very involved" in the Chargers' plan against the Raiders on Monday Night Football.

Analysis: We're not going to question Norv here since he really doesn't have many reliable backs on his roster. Brown gets a great matchup against a Raider D that ranked 27th against the run in 2011. Plus, they haven't really done much to help themselves on the defensive side of the ball in the offseason. Philip Rivers is also 5-1 against the Raiders with a 10:4 TD to pick ratio and they should be able to move the ball with success. If there's a player that you're worried about starting at your RB2 or flex, you might want to swap out that player for Ronnie Brown.
