Marshawn Lynch will not be suspended in 2012 for an offseason DUI arrest. We break down the fantasy implications.

Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch will not be suspended this season for an offseason DUI arrest, according to Jason La Canfora. The league will hold off any rulings until the case is resolve in court, which likely won't happen until 2013. Lynch is active today but ailing from back spasms.

Fantasy Analysis: This is more good new for Lynch owners, knowing that they don't have to worry about him missing any games because of discipline from the league for allegedly drinking and driving over the offseason. There were concerns that because of his history in Buffalo that Lynch could miss significant time, but the one-game suspension of Kenny Britt seems to signal that any suspension of Lynch would be similar. But there will be no concern of that this season.
