Fred Jackson got hurt. We break down the fantasy implications.
Fred Jackson was hit by LaRon Landry and was in serious pain in the second quarter against the Jets. Jason LaCanfora reported he has an LCL sprain, which is one of thoe rarest ligaments to sprain among athletes.
Analysis: He was standing on the sideline, so that's a good sign. Obviously, C.J. Spiller would become an elite player to own in all leagues and he remains as one of the best handcuffs in all of fantasy football. Spiller has already busted loose on a 56-yard TD, so Jackson has already lost value to his understudy. The Bills will need to run the ball a lot to be successful since Ryan Fitzpatrick reminded us all how badly he can manage a game. He has thrown two picks at the time of this published post. Check back for Fred-Jax news.
UPDATE: He is heading to the locker room and walking under his own power.
