Mark Sanchez had a big day against the Bills. We break down the fantasy implications.

New York Jets QB Mark Sanchez completed 19 of 27 passes for 266 yards, 3 touchdowns and an interception for a 123.4 QB Rating as the Jets walloped the Buffalo Bills 48-28.

Fantasy Impact: So much for the Bills' revamped defense. Sanchez lit them up early, finding Jeremy Kerley and Stephen Hill early to put the Jets up to a quick 14-0 lead, and later hit Hill again for a 17-yard score in the 3rd quarter, long after the game's outcome was in doubt. He still has a lot to prove - there's a reason he went undrafted in many fantasy leagues - and is a poor play against the Steelers in Week 2.
