Buffalo Bills RB C.J. Spiller had 14 carries for 169 yards and one touchdown against the New York Jets, taking over as the starting RB after Fred Jackson left the game with a knee injury. The Bills went on to lose 48-28.
Fantasy Impact: Spiller's big highlight play was the 56-yard scamper for a TD that boosted his yards-per-carry to 12.1. His performance was one of the few bright spots in Buffalo's blowout loss, and with Jackson's status uncertain, could see more value in fantasy leagues, but it will be an uphill battle - The Bills take on the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 2, who shut down Atlanta's ground attack, so he's not a great play yet.
