Scott Chandler took advantage of a Bengals defense that is typically weak against tight ends. He caught two passes for 47 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's overtime loss to Cincinnati. Chandler's touchdown was a 27-yard seam route that put the Bills within one possession of an eventual tie ball game. Chandler has always been a physical presence that never sees consistent targets regardless of the quarterback.
Fantasy impact: Chandler's fantasy value always seems to rely on his ability to find the end zone, which he's only managed once up until Sunday's game. It is worth noting that quarterback Thad Lewis targeted Chandler four times. However, with Lewis nursing a leg injury and Stevie Johnson eventually returning to the mix, there's simply no way to trust Chandler on a consistent basis. He's a TE2 at best simply because there's no telling which week he'll score.
