Chicago Bears tight end Martellus Bennett (knee) was limited in practice on Friday. He is listed as questionable for Week 7 and is expected to play in Sunday's game against the Washington Redskins. Bennett was also limited in practice on Thursday.
Fantasy Impact: The former New York Giant also played through the knee injury last week against his old team and caught six passes for 68 yards. With a comparably weak defense in the Redskins this week, Bennett shouldn't have much trouble putting up similar production against the win-less Giants.
Bennett has put up a total of 31 catches for 349 yards and 3 touchdowns this year. Despite the solid production, Bennett hasn't scored a touchdown since Week 2. Fantasy stud running back Matt Forte is in favorably match up as the Redskins give up the fourth most fantasy points to running backs. Wide receivers Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jeffery likely to receive the majority of targets from Jay Cutler. Until he can find a way to get back into the endzone, Bennett will remain a low-end TE1 with moderate upside.
