New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees rolls out to throw a pass - Chris Graythen

New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees threw for 305 yards, one touchdown and one interception in the Week 11 win over the San Francisco 49ers. We bring you the fantasy implications here.

New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees threw for 305 yards, one touchdown and one interception in the Week 11 win over the San Francisco 49ers. Brees was only sacked once and generally had a nice game against a San Francisco defense that is one of the best in the league. Brees' outstanding year continues as he has thrown for 3,369 yards, 26 touchdowns and only seven interceptions. He went into this game with a passer rating of 108.9.

Fantasy impact: No fantasy owner worth their salt would consider sitting Brees even against a great defense like the 49ers. Barring an unforeseen event, Brees will continue to be a must-start for fantasy owners who are likely heading into the playoffs with the fantasy stud on their roster. The Saints will face the Atlanta Falcons in Week 12. They are giving up the fifth-most fantasy points to quarterbacks.
