Minnesota Vikings rookie wide receiver Cordarrelle Patterson caught eight passes for 54 yards in the Week 12 tie over the Green Bay Packers. Patterson was targeted a team high eleven times and is still churning out huge yardage in the return games. Incredibly, the Vikings have finally figured out they have wasted talent they could utilize on offense. In the past four games, Patterson has been targeted 28 times and has sixteen receptions for 117 yards and a touchdown.
Fantasy impact: Patterson is slowly creeping onto the fantasy radar but with the uncertainty at quarterback in Minnesota he isn't more than a marginal start at this point. Still, the rookie's incredible skills makes you wonder if his next game will be his breakout game. Keep the rookie on your fantasy radar as this game gives you hope he might finally get that game. The Vikings will face the Chicago Bears in Week 13. They are giving up the nineteenth most fantasy points to wide receivers.
