Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 13: James Jones

Jeff Hanisch-USA TODAY Sports

We take a look at whether or not you should start James Jones in Week 13.

Green Bay Packers wide receiver James Jones appears to be back on his game. He was targeted 12 times last week by quarterback Matt Flynn, and with Flynn being named the starter for Thanksgiving Day, Jones could stand to benefit in a big way.

The Detroit Lions aren't afraid to get into a high scoring game, and that could mean a high volume of looks for Jones down the football field. He's a big target with good hands and should be able to produce in Week 13

Fantasy Sit/Start: Jones is not a top-flight receiver this year like he was in the absence of ex-teammate Greg Jennings last year. He stepped into the Packers lineup last year due to Jennings' injury troubles, but Jones has had his share of struggles staying healthy this year as well. That said, he looks good now and he'll be seeing the ball a lot on Thursday, so fantasy owners should have him in the lineup.
