Tennessee Titans running backs Shonn Greene and Chris Johnson both had strong rushing days Sunday, though Greene was the one to find the end zone. Both helped lead the Titans to a 20-16 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars that cemented the Titans as the No. 2 team in the AFC South.
Greene carried the ball 19 times for 91 yards, while Johnson ran 22 times for 90. Greene got his score on a 1-yard touchdown run late in the third quarter. In eight games since the bye -- the running back was injured for most of the first half -- Greene has four touchdowns and three double-digit fantasy days, though he has scored three or fewer fantasy points in all the other outings.
Johnson, meanwhile, has averaged 13.5 fantasy points since the bye, with fewer than seven fantasy points only once.
Fantasy impact: As quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick's struggles have increased, the Titans have started relying more on their running game. That could lead to both Greene and Johnson having decent value again in Week 17 against the Houston Texans.
