Julius Thomas ready for a return to fantasy lineups

After a two-week absence, owners will get one of the best tight ends in the league back for Week 14. We break down the fantasy implications.

A knee sprain has kept Julius Thomas out of commission for the past two weeks, but his time on the inactive list appears to over. Thomas is expected back in the lineup for the Denver Broncos in Week 14, according to Jay Glazer.

Thomas has been a major addition to the Broncos passing game in 2013. He has 10 touchdowns in 10 games. His matchup on Sunday isn't great, though, as he faces a Tennessee Titans defense that has only allowed five touchdowns to tight ends this season.

Fantasy impact: Regardless of the opposing defense, it's normally a safe bet to expect Thomas to perform well for fantasy owners. He is a matchup nightmare for every team, and he quickly developed an impressive rapport with Peyton Manning at the beginning of the season.

Thomas owners should plug him in immediately. He had two weeks to rest an injury that wasn't considered to be serious. The Broncos won't be holding him back, barring any setbacks.
