Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco turned in a Jekyll and Hyde performance on Sunday in the team's victory over the Minnesota Vikings. Playing on a snowy field, Flacco led several pivotal scoring drives, including two in the final minutes of the game. His last pass, a four-yard touchdown to Marlon Brown, capped off an 80-yard scoring drive that began with just 45 seconds remaining. Flacco ultimately made up for mistakes made earlier in the game, and finished with 245 yards, three touchdowns and three interceptions after completing 28-of 50 passes.
Fantasy Spin: Fantasy owners have learned that if they are going to rely on Joe Flacco, they have to take the good with the bad. He can just as easily disappear as he can light up a scoreboard, but he has proven capable of taking advantage of poor secondaries, as evidenced on Sunday.
Flacco has been a sneaky option to lead teams down the stretch of the fantasy football season with plus matchups versus the Vikings and an upcoming Monday night battle with the Detroit Lions. He remains a high-upside QB2 for Week 15.
