Marques Colston injury update: Good to go for fantasy owners

Chris Graythen

Marques Colston fully participated in practice all week -- despite a foot injury -- and will play against the Buccaneers on Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

New Orleans Saints wide receiver Marques Colston (foot) was able to fully participate in practice this week and will play against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday. Colston caught five passes for 68 yards and a touchdown in the Saints' Week 1 win over the Atlanta Falcons.

Fantasy Impact: Colston's status for Sunday's game was never really in doubt. With head coach Sean Payton back at the helm, the Saints look poised to make the battle at the top of the NFC South a little more competitive than they were able to last year. Roll with Colston as you normally would, particularly in light of the fact the recent history between the Saints and Bucs points all signs toward a shootout this Sunday.
