Brandon Marshall productive for fantasy owners in Week 2

Chicago Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall catches a pass against the Minnesota Vikings - Jerry Lai-USA TODAY Sports

Chicago Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall caught a touchdown pass and finished with 113 receiving yards in the Chicago Bears win over the Minnesota Vikings. We bring you the fantasy implications here.

Chicago Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall was productive Sunday, catching seven passes for 113 yards and a touchdown in the Bears victory over the Minnesota Vikings. Marshall was targeted ten times and was second only to Matt Forte in looks from Cutler. Marshall is the number one receiver in a Bears offense that is producing points this year.

Fantasy impact: Marshall is the best wide receiver on the Bears roster and is quickly becoming a favorite target for Jay Cutler. The Bears offense is greatly improved under new head coach Marc Trestman and Jay Cutler is thriving in his new offense. Cutler and Marshall appear to be on the same page and the Bears are moving the ball and scoring points. Marshall is a must start in any fantasy league. The Bears face a Pittsburgh Steelers team in Week 3 that will be coming off a short week, having played a tough Cincinnati Bengals team on Monday Night Football.
