Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant practiced on Friday following a back injury. Bryant suffered the injury in the team's Week 2 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, and missed practice on Wednesday before being limited on Tuesday.
It seems like Bryant will be active for the Cowboys against the St. Louis Rams on Sunday. Bryant doesn't need a full week of practice to be prepared, and he improved each day, looking good in Friday's session. It seems likely that he was just taking it slow on Thursday and Friday.
There were no setbacks throughout the week and the injury was always considered minor. He should be ready to start and play, and of course, is quarterback Tony Romo's top target.
Fantasy Impact: It's unlikely you'll have a better receiver option to start unless you're in a small league, so Bryant should be a must-start this week. If there's ever a greater than 50 percent chance that he'll play, then fantasy owners should start him and hope for the best. He'll get catches and be productive, especially against a Rams team with a struggling secondary.
