Gio Bernard, BenJarvus Green-Ellis produce 50 yards fantasy owners concerned over Bengals offense

Cincinnati Bengals running back Giovani Bernard picks up yards against the Cleveland Browns - Raj Mehta-USA TODAY Sports

Cincinnati Bengals running backs Gio Bernard and Benjarvus Ellis-Green combined for 50 yards and no touchdowns in the Bengals Week 4 loss to the Cleveland Browns. We bring you the fantasy implications here.

Cincinnati Bengals running backs Giovani Bernard and BenJarvus Green-Ellis combined for 50 rushing yards in the Bengals Week 4 loss to the Cleveland Browns. Neither found the end zone but Bernard did catch six passes for 38 yards. The Bengals offense struggled under quarterback Andy Dalton Sunday against a very good Browns defense. The Bengals rushed the ball 16 times in the loss. The Bengals offense is struggling to produce points on a consistent basis. Bernard is the only viable fantasy option in the Bengals backfield.

Fantasy impact: The Bengals offense struggled with Bernard getting 10 carries and his counterpart getting six. Bernard is the only Bengals running back with fantasy value as he is also used in the passing game and therefore has value in PPR leagues. Green-Ellis will get limited touches and simply isn't a fantasy option. The Bengals have four rushing touchdowns on the year and 335 total rushing yards. The Bengals will face the undefeated New England Patriots in Week 5.
