Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Roddy White struggled on Sunday against the Saints, catching only two passes for 19 yards in the season opener. The performance disappointed fantasy football owners everywhere after White was considered a safe pick early in drafts.
White thinks his fantasy owners should have seen it coming. After all, White was limited in practice all week, so maybe it shouldn't be a surprise that he was limited to 37 snaps.
In fact, the Falcons wide receiver seems to fashion himself as a "fantasy football expert." Just take a look at his hot take below and reap the benefits of his advice.

As far as fantasy if I don't participate in practice than don't start me it's a red flag
There you have it. White, of course, won't be giving away his injury status each week. He doesn't want to tip off the opposing defense to whether or not he is healthy and ready to go. But he does want to make sure his fantasy owners are aware of his health status before making their lineup decisions.
Otherwise, White may end up with some disgruntled fantasy owners, and that won't stand.
