New York Jets wide receiver Eric Decker is listed as questionable for Week 5 against the San Diego Chargers. Decker missed practice on Friday with his hamstring injury, which he's been dealing with for most of the season. Decker has missed multiple practices due to this injury, and also was forced to leave the team's Week 3 game early.
On Thursday, Decker was pulled from practice after starting out as a limited participant. The biggest issue, at this point, is the fact that the Jets keep rushing him back, something you simply can't do when it comes to hamstring injuries. They rushed him back in Week 3, they rushed him back in practice and, of course, there's the possibility that they will rush him back against the Chargers.
Fantasy Impact: Decker is actually questionable for this one, and fantasy owners should probably look elsewhere. There's a good chance he'll play, about 50 percent given the questionable designation, but there's no guarantee he'll finish the game. Until Decker shows he's healthy and can play a full game, folks should probably look elsewhere. With David Nelson's injury on top of things, they'll need to look outside of the Jets.
