Arnold Palmer Invitational 2011 Leaderboard Update: Martin Laird Hanging On As Spencer Lavin Falls

Stay connected with SB Nation

Martin Laird remains in first place at the 2011 Arnold Palmer Invitational despite shooting 2-over through seven holes. Spencer Lavin, who finished Saturday in second place, has slipped all the way to a tie for fifth place after shooting three straight bogeys early in his Sunday round at Bay Hill.

Phil Mickelson and Tiger Woods are creeping up in the ranks, but still likely too far back to make any noise at the top of the leaderboard. Mickelson is tied for 11th at 3-under, while Woods is 1-under and tied for 28th.

David Toms and Bubba Watson are also hanging near the top at 6-under, both having completed eight holes. Justin Rose and K.J. Choi have joined Lavin at 5-under.
