Many of the players near the top of the World Golf Rankings are also among the top money winners on the PGA Tour in 2012, including the ninth-ranked player in the world, Brandt Snedeker, who recently won the FedExCup championship.

Here is the top 10 in the latest World Golf Rankings:

1. Rory McIlroy
2. Tiger Woods
3. Luke Donald
4. Lee Westwood
5. Justin Rose
6. Adam Scott
7. Bubba Watson
8. Webb Simpson
9. Brandt Snedeker
10. Jason Dufner

Several of these players are in Turkey this week for the Turkish Airlines World Golf Final, which is a match play event that is not sanctioned by the PGA. The tournament guarantees each participant at least $300,000 in winnings, with the champion taking home $1.5 million. McIlroy and Woods are both participating in the event.
