The 2012 AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am seems to be on its way to a pretty exciting finish. Tiger Woods didn't begin Sunday like he originally planned, but Phil Mickelson is off to a hot start in the final day of the PGA Tour event.
Mickelson wasn't the golfer expected to make headlines in the fourth round as it seemed Woods was primed for a breakout on the final day of the Pro-Am event, but Lefty's been exceptional early at Pebble Beach. They're only through five holes on Sunday thus far, but Mickelson's birdied three of them to put himself in a tie for first with Day 3 leader Charlie Wi.
Woods has simply stayed steady, on the other hand, parring his first five holes on Sunday as he looks to improve on his rankings in the world standings. He's currently locked in a tie for third place with Kevin Streelman, Kevin Na and Ken Duke at eleven-under.
CBS's coverage of Day 4 begins at 3 p.m. ET for those wanting to watch at home.
