The second round of the 2012 Wyndham Championship has been completed despite rainy conditions all day. Jimmy Walker was the big mover on Friday, shooting a 62 (-8) to propel himself to the top of the leaderboard at -12 overall. Walker holds a one-stroke lead over Webb Simpson (-11), who shot seven-under in his second round.
Carl Pettersson entered the day atop the leaderboard, but he struggled a bit on the front-nine and dropped to a third-place tie. Pettersson, -10 overall, is tied with Tim Clark, Sergio Garcia and Harris English and remains in the hunt for a championship.
Matt Every and Bud Cauley moved into a tie for seventh place at -9 overall. Troy Matteson and Nicolas Colsaerts are tied for ninth place and sit one stroke back of Every and Cauley.
