Jim Furyk currently sits atop the leaderboard at the 2012 PGA Tour Championship at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta, with an overall score of 8-under par on Friday. He has currently registered a 7-under par through ten holes on the round.
After recording two bogeys on the back-nine of Day 1, Furyk aggressively added to his 1-under score on Friday with six birdies on the front-nine, in addition to another on hole No. 10. He currently holds a two-stroke lead over Matt Kuchar who is in second place thanks to a three-under par performance through seven holes in his second round.
Tiger Woods and Justin Rose are tied for third with a 4-under overall score. Both golfers are currently even on day two through five holes.
