The Americans are closing in on yet another Presidents Cup, but with more rain in the forecast, the PGA Tour has decided to push Sunday singles up some three hours. They aren't taking any chances after the first three days in Dublin were significantly affected by more than 5 hours worth of rain delays.
The captains announced the order and matchups early Sunday morning as the Foursomes play left over from Saturday night finished up. This is the traditional Sunday singles match play format, with 12 big points up for grabs. It's also the session where the USA blew a huge lead over Europe last year in the Ryder Cup. But currently holding a 14 to 8 lead, and needing just 3.5 of these 12 points, the outcome could be decided early on Sunday.
