Scott started the day at 2-under after getting back on track on Friday following an even-par round on Thursday. Westwood birdied the opening hole and had his own 3-of-4 stretch toward the end of the back nine to keep pace with Scott.

Jason Dufner, Zach Johnson, Rickie Fowler, Sergio Garcia and Michael Thompson are all tied with Dustin Johnson for ninth place at 7-under for the tournament. All but Johnson are 1-under for the day; Johnson tees off at 1:05 p.m. ET.

Woods, who is 13-under through the first 36 holes of action, will tee off at 1:45 p.m. ET, along with Graeme McDowell, who is in second place at 11-under.
