Masters leaderboard 2013: Angel Cabrera leads at 8-under

Harry How

There has been some movement early at the Masters, but the leaderboard looks similar to where it was to begin the day.

The rain has begun to fall at Augusta National, but play continues with Angel Cabrera now in the lead by himself at 8-under.

Cabrera began the day at 7-under but moved into a share for the lead at 8-under with a birdie at No. 2. Once in a three-way tie for the lead, Cabrera now sits alone atop the leaderboard as the co-leaders have dropped strokes. Jason Day opened his round birdie-eagle, but fell a stroke back at 7-under with a bogey at No. 6.

Brant Snedeker was also tied for the lead at 8-under, but a bogey at No. 4 dropped him a stroke off the lead. Adam Scott opened his round with a bogey, but has rebounded since and is even-par through four holes. Scott is currently alone in fourth place at 6-under.

Lee Westwood has made a run on the front nine as he's moved to 4-under overall. Westwood has two birdies and six pars on his first eight holes. Tiger Woods is yet to make a run and has instead dropped a stroke through his first six holes. Woods has had birdie opportunities, but was been unable to capitalize. He's currently at 2-under overall, six strokes off the lead.
