Wells Fargo Championship 2013 streaming: How to watch online

USA TODAY Sports

For those who can't be around the TV, here's how to watch the Wells Fargo Championship live online.

Tiger Woods may not be in action at the Wells Fargo Championship this week, but there's still going to be plenty of action worth your while. It all gets started on Thursday and will run through Sunday at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, N.C.

But what options exist for those who can't be around the TV to watch the tournament? Just one option, as it happens, but it's a good one. On Wednesday, April 24, the Golf Channel launched a new version Golf Live Extra, which provides a live stream of the network's coverage around the clock.

The catch is that you must have a participating TV provider already. If you do, then head on over to the link while at work or wherever it is you want to watch without your TV, log in, and watch their full coverage. They'll begin coverage at 2:30 p.m. ET on Thursday and run through 7 p.m. ET.
