Most of the top 10 of the 2013 World Golf Rankings took the week off following the PGA Championship, leading to no change at the top of the rankings. In fact, there was no change until No. 15, where Ian Poulter jumped two spots from No. 17. Tiger Woods remains on top by a rather healthy margin.
Patrick Reed made a big jump up the rankings thanks to his playoff victory over Jordan Spieth at the Wyndham Championship. Reed entered the week ranked 169th in the world, but his thrilling win moved him up to No. 64. Spieth moved up to No. 36 from No. 54.
Brandt Snedeker was the only member of the top 10 to play at the Wyndham Championship, but he missed the cut. However, Snedeker's poor performance had no effect on his ranking.
