Jim Furyk is holding on to his lead halfway through the final round of the 2013 BMW Championship, but not by much. Opening the final round at 13-under, Furyk has shot 2-under through the first 10 holes Monday and is two strokes better than Zach Johnson. Nick Watney and Steve Stricker are three shots back at 12-under.
Johnson has jumped up the leaderboard two spots after shooting 3-under through his first 11 holes in the final round. Watney has moved up five spots so far with a 5-under round so far while Stricker has dropped a spot despite being at even-par for the day.
Play at the BMW Championship was suspended Sunday after rains soaked the course at Conway Farms Golf Club. Two delays were issued before the tournament was called for the day and the majority of the field didn't tee off, pushing play into Monday.
Furyk shot a 72 in the opening round before a second round that saw him become the sixth golfer to shoot a 59. He didn't lead after the second, but followed that performance by shooting a 69 in Round 3 that gave him the lead heading into Monday.
