Did you know that Tony Gwynn, Jr. (Chris Gwynn's nephew) is still playing? He's on the second year of a two-year contract (!), and he actually got 259 at-bats with the Dodgers last year. He hit .232/.276/.293 in those at-bats, which explains why he's not in the majors right now.
But he got the two-year deal because he can field. Man, how he can field.
If you think there's going to be a big uproar when someone gets hurt on that stupid Tal's Hill in Houston, just wait until it happens to a top prospect in Triple-A. It sure makes a good catch seem great, though.
