2013 Indy 500 weather forecast for Pole and Bump Day: Chance of showers

Indianapolis 500 Pole day will feature scattered showers and possible thunderstorms but doesn't appear to be a wash. Weather is drier for Sunday's Bump Day

Scattered showers and a few thunderstorms are possible for today's Indianapolis 500 Pole Day. A weak storm system passing through the Ohio Valley across Southern Indiana and Southern Ohio will spark these showers and storms but it doesn't appear Pole Day will be a wash, just anticipate a couple of rain delays.

Weak area of highs pressure builds in for Sunday, providing partly sunny skies and one of the driest days Indianapolis has seen all week.
