Who Will Team USA Inspire Next?

Basketball is a language that brings different worlds together, but if that feels like a cliche, it wasn't always such a foregone conclusion. The 1992 Olympics changed everything when the Dream Team brought the world's most breathtaking basketball players to the biggest stage in the world.

When children in China, Germany, Spain, and all over the world got to see guys like Michael Jordan and Magic Johnson compete on an international stage, suddenly the dream didn't seem quite so far away, and chasing it didn't seem so crazy. The phenomenon from 1992 still happens today, when kids around the world watch superstars from today's NBA dominate at the Olympics, there's no telling who might be inspired by what happens in London this week.

What comes next is a lifetime of chasing that dream, and it's happening all over the world as we speak. Practicing in your backyard, getting drilled by coaches, and slowly getting better. This is how even the greatest players on earth Rise Above--one step at a time--and the first step is getting inspired.

It started in 1992, and it continues in London today, with players from all over the world who had their lives changed watching the superstars of past Olympics. Who will be inspired next?
