Shaq destroyed Jose Canseco in a late night Twitter battle

Brett Deering

Lesson of the evening: don't call Shaq names.

For some reason, Jose Canseco tweeted this at 2 a.m. Sunday. (Warning: explicit language.)

I vaguely remember some reference to Canseco's boxing career during Saturday night's Inside The NBA, but it was Shaq talking about it, so it was a bunch of mumbling. Whatever, Shaq didn't take kindly to Canseco's tweet and unloaded several retorts, all of which implied the disgraced slugger is a snitch. Here's the best one.

There was also a threat to "beat the rat fur" off of him and a reference to Hong-man Choi. So glad we have social media and are putting it to great use.
