Dominique Easley thinks Kirk Herbstreit never played football

Chris Trotman

Florida defender dismissed the ESPN analyst's Toledo pick: 'He probably never played football.'

On Saturday morning's College Gameday, ESPN analyst and former Ohio State quarterback Kirk Herbstreit repeatedly and emphatically picked Toledo to beat Florida in the Swamp. Florida won handily, building a 17-3 halftime lead and riding its defense to a 24-6 victory.

When asked after the game about Herbstreit's pick, Florida defensive lineman Dominique Easley dismissed it ... but not for the reason you might expect:

This is not the first time that Easley has missed a basic fact of college football history. At SEC Media Days, he had no idea who Bear Bryant was:

Easley had a sack against the Rockets, for what it's worth.
