Lauren Hill wasn't supposed to play two games for Mount St. Joseph. The team moved its first game from Nov. 15 to Nov. 2 to ensure Hill, who is battling an incurable form of brain cancer, would be able to play and score. She traveled to Friday's game against Baldwin-Wallace, but earlier this week it was reported she would not play.
But play she did:

Hill fought just to make it to the game -- the game was in Berea, four hours away from her hometown of Lawrenceburg, Ind. -- and travel is a struggle for her. She travelled separately from her team to allow for more rest.
