Intercepting a pass and running it back more than half the field is tiring. Therefore, we can't fully blame Seahawks linebacker Malcolm Smith for being too tuckered out to deliver a great dunk after his pick-six. At least he threw it over to the best of his ability.
Of course, this just capped off a heck of a defensive play. It was the 13th interception to be returned for a touchdown in Super Bowl history, and all of the previous 12 were recorded by the eventual winning teams.
Seattle now leads, 22-0.
