Donald Young went out of his way not to curse after a bad shot at the Sarasota Open. He yelled "Son of a biscuit." Profanity, you see, is fucking awful, so shouting obscenities is not okay with tennis umpires, so Young self-censored, and ended up sounding like a pastor's child or something.
However, his self-censorship apparently wasn't enough for the chair umpire: (via FTW)
Yup, he got warned for saying "Son of a biscuit." It didn't cost him or anything -- if he had been warned twice, he would have been docked a point -- but, still! To be fair, he did say A BAD WORD while talking to the ump -- "don't even give me crap for that! I said 'son of a biscuit!'" -- so he is a bad person and should be kicked off the tour or something.
I think that this chair umpire is a casserole:
And I hope the chair ump has a run-in with a stranger in the Alps:
Luckily, Young still beat his opponent, Alexander Zverev, in the first round, and now finds himself in the quarterfinals.
