Google has a super fun World Cup Doodle today

Doodle_medium

Google is celebrating the first day of the World Cup with a fun animated Doodle. They've named it World Cup 2014 # 1, which hopefully means it is the first of many throughout the event.

Google has been doing a lot of fun stuff of the World Cup!

On Wednesday Google rolled out fun World Cup-related search trends, which is how we learned that the Netherlands is searching for Wesley Sneijder's wife more than it is Spain, the countries first opponent.

Earlier, Google Maps launched Street View for all 12 World Cup stadiums. That is how we were able to make a Vine of Cristiano Ronaldo shirtless in all 12 World Cup arenas.
