In a most minor league turn of events, the Nationals-affiliated Syracuse Chiefs promised a lifetime of free tickets to the first 36(?) fans to show up with Chiefs logo tattoos. Per DC Sports Bog, 36 fans did just that:
As logos go, that's handsome enough. You could do a lot worse. And the black-and-white makes it a little less garish. Black-and-white was a requirement, in fact, because the Chiefs don't mess around. The owner of the bicep pictured above wanted color, but:
Wicks said the black-and-white restriction was part of the team's attempt to guard against counterfeit free-admission-for-life Chiefs tattoos. The design also features a special marking that can only be seen under a blacklight.
You may benefit from the Syracuse Chiefs' goofy benevolence, but you will not be conning them, sir or madam. They've got technologies.
