You know Joe Mikulik. He's the minor league manager famous for two famous ejection meltdowns: Chucking second base and drenching home plate in 2006, then kicking dirt and removing third base in 2012. Well, just like all the masters, Mikulik made it a trilogy:
That's Mikulik, now with Myrtle Beach, objecting to a call at home plate by kicking dirt (one of the funniest forms of protest in any sport), acting out a few slides, then removing his shirt and shoes, daintily arranging them on home plate, and marching off the field.
It's possible that Mikulik has a serious anger problem and we shouldn't be laughing, but I suspect and hope he's just a minor league guy who knows this is how you get your name out there. Like, the dude's got a Wikipedia page.
I suspect we're not done. Trilogies are the standard, but Mikulik is one first base tirade away from the cycle.
