2013 NCAA Conference Basketball Tournaments

On Tuesday night, the NEC will crown a champion when Mount St. Mary's takes on LIU-Brooklyn. Each club knocked off a higher-seeded team on the road to reach the championship game.

The SEC Tournament is wide open in 2013, with a handful of teams needing wins in Nashville to secure an NCAA Tournament berth. Florida, with a 14-4 mark in league play, heads to Nashville as the tournament favorite.

The Pac-12 Tournament will kick-off on Wednesday with UCLA as the tournament favorite. The Bruins finished the regular season at 13-5 in league play, the best mark in the conference.

On Tuesday, the Summit League Championship will be determined when defending league champion South Dakota State takes on North Dakota State at 9 p.m. EST. The two teams split their regular season matchups.

In the second game of a Tuesday Big East Tournament double-header, DePaul will square off with Rutgers at 9 p.m. EST. The Blue Demons notched a 75-69 victory in the only other match-up between the clubs this season.

The Valparaiso Crusaders will host the Wright State Raiders on Tuesday in the Horizon League tournament championship game, with the winner securing an NCAA bid.

No. 1 seed Akron and No. 2 seed Ohio are favored to win the 2013 MAC Tournament, which tips off on Monday with three first round contests. Akron will be without starting point guard Alex Abreu, arrested Thursday on drug charges.

No. 1 seed Stony Brook, looking for their third straight spot in the America East title game, will take on No. 4 seed Albany in Sunday semifinal action.

No. 1 seed South Dakota State easily handled IUPUI on Saturday, and now awaits a seminfail opponent in the 2013 Summit League conference tournament.
