While MLB has yet to officially announce the start times for the games of the 2010 NLCS, you can probably count on Game 1 getting underway at 7:30 P.M. ET (sorry: spoiler alert!).
According to the banner on FoxSports.com, Game 1 between the San Francisco Giants and Philadelphia Phillies -- and Tim Lincecum and Roy Halladay -- is set for a 7:30 P.M. ET start time (screenshot'd so it never ever goes away):

With the Phillies having swept their way through the Reds and the Giants having eliminated Bobby Cox and the Braves in four games, our 2010 NLCS matchup and schedule are set. Start times are pending the conclusion of the Rays/Rangers ALDS, and asterisked games mark games that may not be necessary.
Game 1: Giants @ Phillies, Saturday, Oct. 16, FOX
Game 2: Giants @ Phillies, Sunday, Oct. 17, FOX
Game 3: Phillies @ Giants, Tuesday, Oct. 19, FOX
Game 4: Phillies @ Giants, Wednesday, Oct. 20, FOX
*Game 5: Phillies @ Giants, Thursday, Oct. 21, FOX
*Game 6: Giants @ Phillies, Saturday, Oct. 23, FOX
*Game 7: Giants @ Phillies, Sunday, Oct. 24, FOX
The tentative starting rotations will be as follows:
Phillies
Roy Halladay
Roy Oswalt
Cole Hamels
Joe Blanton
Giants
Tim Lincecum
Matt Cain
Jonathan Sanchez
Madison Bumgarner
However, these are subject to change, as either fourth starter may not get a chance depending on how the series is going, and how well the first starter feels.
