Zack Greinke Opens Up

There's some good stuff in Zack Greinke's first interview this spring, among them the admission that he didn't work as hard as he could have last season, particularly in the second half, and that he asked the Royals to trade him during the season ... four times. Here's the kicker, though:

Greinke said he spent time in his final days in Kansas City trying to decide whether he’d accept a deal to a big market.

"I really don’t think it matters…" he said. "There’s more people to ignore in New York or Boston than there is in Milwaukee, but I’d still ignore them."
