It's Early But Jacoby Ellsbury Looks Healthy

Ellsbury is under scrutiny for how he will hold up after playing only 18 games last season due to multiple cracked ribs. A dedicated offseason strength-and-conditioning program has left him in exactly the position he wants to be in at this point of the spring.

I'll probably write at some length about this tomorrow, but the biggest difference between the 2010 Red Sox and the 2011 Red Sox figures to be not Adrian Gonzalez and Carl Crawford, but better health. Granted, we don't know that's going to happen. But it seems a pretty safe bet. And Ellsbury's early showing is just one good sign.
