There were eight first-time winners in 2013 while Yadier Molina picked up Gold Glove No. 6.

The MLB announced the list of Rawlings Gold Glove award winners Tuesday night. The Orioles and Royals led the league with three Gold Glove winners apiece while the Red Sox, Cardinals, Diamondbacks and Rockies each had two winners.

There were eight first-time winners in 2013: Salvador Perez, Eric Hosmer, Manny Machado, R.A. Dickey, Paul Goldschmidt, Nolan Arenado, Andrelton Simmons and Carlos Gomez. Gomez's Gold Glove was the first in more than 30 years for the Milwaukee Brewers.

Cardinals catcher Yadier Molina picked up his sixth Gold Glove award, the most among 2013 winners. Brandon Phillips and Shane Victorino each earned their fourth.

Every single player who won a Fielding Bible award (announced earlier Tuesday) also won a Gold Glove award. The three best seasons in runs saved were all set this year as Andrelton Simmons (41 runs saved), Gerardo Parra (40) and Carlos Gomez (38) all broke the previous record.
