Athletics rookie starter Sonny Gray will attempt to out-duel Justin Verlander

The Oakland Athletics and Detroit Tigers have announced their lineups for Game 2 of the ALDS.

Seth Smith is starting at designated hitter for Oakland on Saturday. That shifts Friday's designated hitter Brandon Moss to first base, where he will replace Daric Barton. The Athletics official Twitter account brings us their starting nine:

Don Kelly will replace Andy Dirks in left field for Detroit, but the rest of the lineup remains the same as Friday's. The Tigers official Twitter account brings us their batting order:

Rookie pitcher Sonny Gray will take the mound for the Athletics, squaring off against Justin Verlander. The game is scheduled to start at 9:07 p.m. ET, with coverage on TBS. Detroit won the first game of the ALDS 3-2.
