Nationals slugger Bryce Harper flew back to Washington D.C. Saturday night to have tests done on his hip. Harper has been dealing with discomfort in his hip for much of the season and experienced a flair-up of the injury while taking batting practice before the game.
Harper was given a day off Wednesday because of the injury, but was in the lineup on Friday. He was expected to start Saturday as well before the injury caused him to be scratched.
Like with Kemp, there is a chance that Harper may not play again in 2013.
