(Sports Network) - Journeyman right-hander Tim Redding once again looks for his first win as a Met tonight when New York heads to Camden Yards for the second of three interleague games with the host Baltimore Orioles.

A 31-year-old native of Rochester, New York, Redding was an 11-game winner with the Washington Nationals in 2008 before coming to the Mets.

He debuted for the season on May 18 in Los Angeles and got a no-decision, then dropped a 12-5 verdict at Boston six days later. A May loss to Florida followed, and Redding's two most recent starts have yielded no-decisions.

In 27 2/3 innings overall, he's given up 30 hits and 19 runs, walking 12 batters and striking out 19.

He's faced Baltimore once in his career and got a no-decision after allowing seven hits and four runs in four innings.

The Mets are 1-4 in games he's pitched.

For the Orioles, Japanese import Koji Uehara makes his 11th start of the season and searches for his first win since mid-April.

The 34-year-old began his stint with the Orioles in successful fashion, downing the New York Yankees and Texas on April 8 and 13, respectively.

He's 0-4 with four no-decisions since, however, including a 6-3 decision to Seattle in which he allowed seven hits and four runs in five innings.

The Orioles are 3-7 in games he's pitched.

He has never faced the Mets.

On Tuesday, Alex Cora had his first three-hit game of the season and Mike Pelfrey picked up his first win in over a month, as the Mets hung on to beat the Orioles, 6-4.

Pelfrey (5-2) was solid in 5 2/3 frames, allowing two runs on five hits to snap a six-start winless streak.

Pelfrey, who walked three and fanned two batters, picked up his first win since May 7 versus the Phillies. This was his first start against Baltimore. Francisco Rodriguez picked up his 17th save of the year.

David Wright went 2-for-5 with a run scored and an RBI to extend his hitting streak to 11 games for the Mets, who had lost four of their last five coming into Tuesday. Brian Schneider went 2-for-3 with an RBI, while Daniel Murphy and Ryan Church added an RBI apiece.

Jeremy Guthrie (4-7) gave up five runs -- three earned -- on six hits to collect his third consecutive loss. Guthrie, who was facing the Mets for the first time in his career, stuck out four and walked two in 6 1/3 innings.

Nick Markakis went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer for the Orioles, who had a two-game winning streak snapped. Brian Roberts and pinch-hitter Ty Wigginton each had an RBI. Roberts had a six-game hitting streak snapped in defeat.

Baltimore took two of three from the Mets the last time these teams met, back in 2006 at Shea Stadium. New York has won in six of its last eight visits to Baltimore.
