Dodgers Notes: Jansen, Gordon, Hairston, Hawksworth, Herrera
Saturday was a rather busy day in Anaheim, so here is a rundown of some miscellaneous Dodgers notes that weren't covered earlier:

Saturday was a rather busy day in Anaheim, so here is a rundown of some miscellaneous Dodgers notes that weren't covered earlier:
Chris Capuano came through again for the Dodgers, with seven strong innings, continuing his strong season on the mound. Might that earn Capuano a trip to Kansas City in two weeks for the All-Star Game?
Dee Gordon provided the spark at the top of the lineup with two hits and two runs scored, and a rested Chris Capuano continued his solid work on the mound, leading the Dodgers to a 3-1 win over the Angels.
Dodgers shortstop Dee Gordon went 0-for-5 in Friday's series opener against the Angels, extending his slump to 0-for-17 over his last four games. Thus continues the learning process for the man batting leadoff for the team with the best record in the National League.
The Dodgers look to even their Freeway Series with the Angels in Anaheim on Saturday afternoon, and they send lefty Chris Capuano to the mound, looking for his ninth win of the season. Ervin Santana gets the call for the Angels, in a battle of well rested starters each coming off their best game of the year.
